Maraakeb (4.10 Doncaster, nap) Disappointed on comeback before landing a handicap at Newbury in great style last time. Open to further improvement and this trip on a flat, galloping track is considered ideal. Peace And Love (2.10 Kempton) Made an eyecatching debut at Newmarket and fancied to improve sufficiently to collect, even though the form of that race has taken some knocks. There's also a good word for Richard Hannon's newcomer Assertive.
Stronghold (2.40 Kempton) The subject of a strong racecourse message on his debut, but failed to fire in the sticky ground after a slow start.
Remains a good prospect.
Noubian (4.50 Kempton) Justified plenty of stable confidence on his debut in a low-key event on the all-weather. Has done well since and is on a reasonable mark for handicap bow. Others to follow Doncaster: 3.05 Dabbers Ridge, 3.35 Pocketwood, 4.40 Jalamid.
Kempton: 3.15 Bureaucrat, 4.20 Captain Miller, 5.25 Star Of Light.
Warwick: 2.20 Secret Night.
