Trader Media East agrees to sell Slovenian operations.

23 April 2013 a[euro]" Netherlands-based multimedia marketplaces company Trader Media East Ltd (LON:TME) said on Tuesday it had sealed a deal to dispose of its 55% indirect interest in the firm that operates its Slovenian activities.
More specifically, TME said it will sell its indirect controlling stake in Moje Delo Spletni Marketing doo. However, it did not disclose the name of the buyer or any other information regarding the transaction.
TME operates multimedia marketplaces for communities of real estate, auto and recruitment. Its businesses serve local markets in Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region as well as in central and eastern Europe.
According to its website, the company produces 181 print titles with 3.2m readers a week, while also hosting 28 web properties with 11m unique monthly visitors.
