Towie girl Amy can't work it out.

Byline: John Ferguson

REALITY star Amy Childs had to phone her manager to ask what her own job was.

Essex girl Amy, 21, was stumped when she was asked to name her occupation when buying a new car.

She eventually phoned her manager, who told her she was a businesswoman.

Amy, who starred in ITV2's The Only Way Is Essex, said: "The car dealer asked me what my occupation is.

"I was saying to this bloke, I'm a reality star, I'm a model, I've got a clothing range. He was just looking at me, like, 'What are you on, girl?'

"So I had to phone my manager and ask her what I was. I didn't have a clue.

"It feels a bit muggy saying businesswoman. I say to myself, Amy Childs, a businesswoman? Really?

"But I am one now. It's good to be known as a businesswoman rather than someone who stands round vajazzling all day."

The Towie star was recently photographed wearing her shoes on the wrong feet.

She said: "I swapped them over and they were 10 times more comfortable."
