Tough guy Ross returns to warzone; Documentary.

Ross Kemp Back on the Frontline (Sky1, 9pm) GIVEN that he still wakes in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, it's surprising that Ross Kemp is heading back to the danger-zone.

But Ross is made of tough stuff.

The BAFTA-nominated documentaries, Ross Kemp in Afghanistan and Return to Afghanistan, followed Ross as he spent time with Britain's forces in the deadly region of Helmand Province, living with and accompanying troops. So comprehensive are his reports that the last British Ambassador in Afghanistan called Ross "the best war reporter of them all".

Back in familiar territory for a new five-part series, this time Ross spends time with Whiskey Company 45 Commando Royal Marines, alongside some of the country's toughest soldiers, to find out what, if anything, has changed in the last ten years, and how realistic it may be that our troops will pull out in 2014.
