Touch time at Zone.

THE Huddersfield Giants Community Trust are about to embark on the second year of their 'Play Touch Rugby League' programme at The Zone.

Year one proved a great success, with the Touch RL idea based on playing rugby without the contact element of the game.

It is instead geared towards being active and getting fit, burning calories, building muscle tone and having fun with friends without having to go to the gym.

And this is reflected within the programme, which takes place every Wednesday night (7-9pm) where a mixture of males and females of all ages regularly attend.

The sessions cost PS4 per person, with refreshments provided, as well access to a variety of discounts, while just by attending participants are entered into a draw to win tickets for Giants Super League games.
