Torture victim body washed up on beach.

THIS is the grim sight that met holidaymakers after the body of British torture victim Francis Brennan washed up on a Costa Blanca Beach.

It took a week to identify his badly decomposed body after it was stretchered to the morgue last Saturday.

The 25-year-old fugitive, from Liverpool, vanished in the resort of Javea on January 24, after being kidnapped by men posing as police.

He was found in nearby Orihuela Costa wrapped in an industrial-size bin bag with duct tape around it.

He suffered a severe head wound and is believed to have been tortured.

Brennan fled the UK last October before he could be sent to jail over a stabbing at a Swedish House Mafia concert in Milton Keynes, Bucks, in July last year.
