Torani garners award for export business.

R. Torre & Company, maker of Torani, recently received the President's "E" Award for its export program. A committee of public and private sector members reviewed 20 nominations for the award and selected Torani as one of two recipients.

The President's "E" Award was created by Executive Order of President Kennedy on December 5, 1961, to afford suitable recognition to persons, firms or organizations that contribute significantly in the effort to increase U.S. exports. "We are delighted to be recognized for this award," said Paul Lucheta, Principal and head of international market development. "Our sales, marketing, and operations teams have worked hard to expand and grow our international business. I believe my grandparents would be proud of what we have accomplished with the company and Torani products."
