Top body prize for college student.

A SPORTS student from Kirklees College posed his way to Best Under 18 at his first body building competition.

BTEC National Diploma in Sport student Kais Hussain,17, from Highfields, competed in the Junior Under 21 category at the Mike Williams Classic body building competition in Batley.

He came first in the under 18s and second in the under 21s at the Natural Physic Association Event.

Kais, who trains after college classes at Top Bodies gym on St John's Road, Huddersfield said: "Over the last year I''ve got serious about the sport, doing four weights sessions a week which last two and a half hours each. I also watch my diet very carefully and eat up to five meals a day."

To do so well in my very first competition was fantastic."
