Tony takes centre stage.

HUDDERSFIELD rock legend Tony Drake is going back on stage for charity at the Holmfirth Picturedrome on August 28. Tony was in the original line-up of the legendary Ckreed Blues Band in the late 1960s as well as Rudi and The Zipps and a host of other top groups.

He has helped organise A Night of Guitars to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinsons.

Holmfirth guitarist Roger Tyas died from MN a few months ago and Tony's daughter suffers from Parkinsons.

Musicians are giving their time for free and all proceeds will go to the charities.

Among those appearing will be Graham Oliver (founder member of Saxon), Ol Drake, Gav Coulson Group, Strap On Jack, Surplus and Tony Drake's Elastic Band.

Good music for a great cause.
