Tollgate Naples Commercial Center Adds State of Florida Department of Revenue and Child Support Services Center.

Naples, FL, August 08, 2014 --( Coral Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the addition of The State of Florida's Department of Revenue and Child Support Services Customer Service Center to the Tollgate Naples Commercial Center. Jennifer Hardy, the property's Leasing Manager, recently announced the executed lease for 12,000 square feet located at 3845 Beck Boulevard in Naples. The design and tenant improvement contract for the new customer service center was awarded to Phoenix Associates of South Florida, Inc. Construction has already begun and will be completed in September of this year.

The Tollgate facility offers spaces ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet, which are available for immediate occupancy. The buildings feature two stories made from precast concrete plank - on the ceiling of the first story units and the floor of the second story units. This non-combustible construction has eliminated the need for fire sprinklers. An additional five-acre parcel on site has been permitted to build up to 66 flex space units with the opportunity to build to suit.

Recent completion of roadway and utility improvement projects has greatly increased the appeal of the Tollgate Commercial Center to its tenants by increasing visibility and accessibility to County Road 951 and I-75. Tollgate serves a growing residential and commercial population of more than 86,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace consists of families with an average household income of more than $64,500. Additionally, the East Naples Fire Department sub-station is located just across the street and the Florida Highway Patrol is also located on Beck Boulevard.
