I RECENTLY tried to book a holiday on a caravanning website only to discover that the Government now charges VAT on static caravans.

Let me get this straight, ministers don't want us to drink, smoke, drive, eat hot pasties or go on holiday, but they want us to work longer so they don't have to give us our pensions. Roll on the next election, I say.

My new set now takes five minutes from it being switched on to getting a picture and as soon as we get a calm, warm day the signal breaks up.

This never happened before this wonderful, new technology was forced upon us.
