Tmy favourite room: Trystan Roberts; HOMES - INTERIORS.
RYSTAN Roberts is just like other teenagers - he loves footie, the Super Furry Animals and his bedroom is a shrine to Manchester United.
Unlike many teenage lads though, Trystan has been leading a double life. Not in a Kevin and Perry way, which involves being a completely different person when with one's parents, but actually being a completely different person altogether.
For the past six years Trystan has played Kenneth Parry, the cheeky trickster star of Welsh drama series Porc Peis Bach based on the life of writer Wynford Ellis Owen. Filming for the series couldn't have been handier, taking place on Trystan's doorstep in 1960s locations near to his Brynsiencyn home.
After a day's filming Trystan, now 17, retreats to his bedroom equipped with the essential CD player, his walls decked with Man U posters and scarves.
"It's quite a normal room, " he admits.
"Nothing fancy really. I like to listen to the Super Furries and other Welsh bands. I had CDs and clothes for Christmas so they're in here too.
"There's not much difference between Kenneth and me, we both like to play tricks on people."
A film and three series, (the latest currently showing on S4C, Thursday, 6.30pm) have been made and pride of place on Trystan's wall is the film poster featuring himself as Kenneth.
Trystan lives on a farm, and while he used to help out with the livestock his services are no longer required because of the devastating affects of foot-and-mouth and BSE.
Instead of following in his father's footsteps he's now planning to continue acting when he leaves school this year.
"I'd like to go to drama college or university, but I've got an open mind, " says this aspiring star, sagely.
