Tips box Camacho filly Solstice to appreciate drop in trip.

Newmarket Tony Elves Contredanse (7.40 Windsor, nap) Looks on a reasonable mark on the form showed for Brian Meehan on her final start when beaten only a length and the same by Aviate and Clairvoyance. The winner heads for a conditions race at Ascot this week and the runner-up has since bolted up in a maiden and finished a respectable fourth to Pipette in a conditions event at Kempton recently. Luca Cumani has his team in good order and, off a mark of 75, this looks a race ripe for the picking for the Danehill Dancer filly.

King's Song (6.10 Windsor) Well supported on his reappearance at Kempton 19 days ago but, after being in contention approaching the final furlong, gave the impression he blew up in the race won by Sherman McCoy. No fitness doubts on his return to turf and the Sir Michael Stoute-trained colt is fancied to recoup the losses.

Others to follow Newcastle 2.40 Nasri. Windsor 5.40 Varachi, 6.40 Ziggy Lee, 7.10 Court Circle.

Wolverhampton 3.30 Zeffirelli, 4.00 Sunley Spinalonga, 4.30 Mataram.

North Colin Russell Solstice (3.00 Wolverhampton, nap) Julie Camacho-trained three-year-old who made a winning debut over this trip at Southwell and, although not disgraced after a tardy break over 7f on this course last time, is expected to be suited by the drop back to this distance and can go well, despite her wide draw. Dream Lodge (2.40 Newcastle) Richard Fahey's six-year-old has conditions to suit and is fancied to give a good account on his seasonal debut.

Others to follow Newcastle 2.10 Darcy's Pride, 3.10 Bear Tobouggie, 3.40 Dancing Dude, 4.10 Buachaill Dona, 4.40 Morocchius, 5.15 Fitzolini, 5.45 Mehendi.

Towcester 2.20 Wee Forbees, 3.50 Gershwinner. Wolverhampton 4.00 Barnstorm, 4.30 Fremen.

West Countr y Andrew King Admin (3.00 Wolverhampton, nap) Ended last term on a winning note at Lingfield and has wintered well, so the extra furlong here will hold no terrors. Others to follow Wolverhampton 2.30 Desperate Dan, 4.30 Cantabilly.

Fffos Las 5.50 Flag Flier, 7.00 Lord Henry, 7.30 Boogie Dancer.

Lambourn Rodney Masters Lidar (4.20 Towcester, nap) A talented performer in bumpers, he was well beaten on his hurdling debut but it was an encouraging effort as he was not given a tough time following a stumble two flights out. In decent form following a break over the winter and expected to outclass opposition. Nimue (3.10 Newcastle) Paul Cole's filly would have gone close to winning at Newmarket on her seasonal debut but for her indifferent draw and then meeting with interference. The stable's sole runner here.

Others to follow Windsor 5.10 The Sydney Arms, 6.10 Parc Des Princes, 6.40 Beat The Bell, 7.10 Pekan Three, 7.40 Dream On Buddy. Ffos Las 5.20 Nulato, 6.25 Gentleman Jimmy, 7.30 Madam Mado.

Towcester 4.55 Croon.

Racing Post Ratings Sam Walker Sharp Sovereign (5.45 Newcastle) Capable of RPRs in the 60s when previously with this yard, but lost his way last backend after a change of stable. Back with David Barron now, and if he can get the gelding anywhere near his old form he would look well treated off his current mark.

Topspeed Dave Edwards Caledonia Princess (5.05 Wolverhampton) Weak in market and looked in need of first run in four months at Redcar 11 days ago. Likely to strip much fitter with Tony Culhane back up at a track where she won over 5f last November, and is equally effective over today's extra furlong.
