Time Warner leases in McGraw Hill.

Rockefeller Center announced that TWDE Inc., a subsidiary of Time Warner Inc., has leased 44,000 square feet in the McGraw-hill Building at 1221 Avenue of the Americas. The 15-year lease is for the entire 26th floor. Occupancy is expected by the second quarter of 1993.

The announcement was made by Alan L. Stein, vice president leasing for Rockefeller Center.

\The lease transaction was negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Rockefeller Center, by Alan L. Stein and on behalf of the tenant by Time Warner Director of Real Estate Cheryl L. Swiatkowski and by a brokerage team from Edward S. Gordon Company. That team was comprised of Martin Turchin, Mary Ann Tighe, Carol Nelson and Michael Geoghegan.
