Tight collars.

The Hinged Collar with a swing-away clamp handle features a permanently joined handle that fits into a machined recess and seats when hand tightened, and opens to release the collar. Designed for applications requiring a secure collar that needs frequent removal or repositioning, this integral clamp handle provides the holding power of a standard high-strength collar and eliminates the need for tools, according to the company. Offered in sizes from 3/8" to 6" D. with a smooth-, threaded-, or tapered-bore for tightly joining flanges, the collar is available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It features a triple-link hinge and the pivoting handle is knurled. Stafford Manufacturing Corp.
