Tidings of great toys; FURBY TAKES ON HI-TECH TO BE KIDS' CHRISTMAS FAVOURITE.
FORGET the Christmas Wii here's what every child really wants under the tree.
Experts at the Toy Retailers Association have compiled a short list of products they reckon will top children's wish-lists for Santa.
They include a good few old favourites, including Lego, Spiderman, Furbies and Twister - albeit with a modern, well, twist. Plus a few brand new toys to satisfy gadget-savvy youngsters.
The bad news is the price - the cheapest toy is just under PS23, while the most expensive is nearly PS90. But then parents do spend an average of PS280.74 on toys for each child aged 11, according to the association.
