Three sales in Farmingdale.

The Greiner-Maltz Company, Inc., acting as exclusive agent in each case, reports three recent transactions, all on Smith Street in Farmingdale, Long Island.

N.D.A. Laboratories, a clinical testing company, has purchased the 25,000-square-foot building at 260 Smith Street from the Beth Weissman Lamp Company. Greiner-Maltz principal Bill Greiner represented the seller as exclusive agent.

Hope Industries, a toy distributor, has purchased the 20,000-square-footbuilding at 380 Smith Street from Electro Rep Datacom. Greiner-Maltz representative Tom Attivissimo acting as exclusive and procuring agent was the sole broker in the transaction.

Impulse Sales, a distributor of household items, has purchased the 20,000-square-foot building at 470 Smith Street, from Heller, Heller, Regan & Lichtman. Bill Greiner represented the seller as exclusive agent, while Kevin McQuade of All Industrial represented the buyer.
