Cardiff International Pool AT Cardiff International Pool there's a leisure pool and a 50m Olympic-size one.

The centre is open seven days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday then 7am to 6.30pm on Saturdays and from 8am to 8.30pm on Sundays.

The cost of a swimming session is PS3.95 for adults and PS2.95 for children under the age of 16.

The recently refurbished Western Leisure Centre in Ely has got two swimming pools and a small beached toddler pool with a small slide and snake water squirter.

To find your nearest leisure centre, visit Blue Lagoon at Bluestone YOU don't have to be staying at the resort to use the Blue Lagoon at Bluestone in Pembrokeshire.

It is more of a waterpark than a swimming pool with a lazy river, pirate play area, an indoor wave machine and two enclosed flume rides that take you outside and bring you back into the main swimming area at pool level.

It is quite expensive but you could spend most of the day there. Tickets are PS1.80 for children under four and then PS10.95 per person.
