ZENA SAYS: Several small retailers sell them: The ScandiPhone from Pedlars (01330 850 400, www.pedlars.co.uk) has push button dialling, last number redail and a volume on/off button. You simply lift to dial or answer and put down to end the call. It's available in black, red, white or orange for pounds 39.95 or pounds 49.95 for silver.

Oliver Bonas (020 8974 0110, www.oliver bonas.com) have the Dreyfuss in an updated form. It costs pounds 57.74 and features include push button dialling, auto redial and authentic bell ring.

Or you could go for the gorgeous push-button Princess phone, pounds 39.10, also from Oliver Bonas (see above).
