The Fairholme Fund (NASDAQ:FAIRX) disclosed on Saturday that it distributed an ordinary income dividend and a long-term capital gain distribution of USD0.40462 and USD1.17801 per share, respectively that totalled USD1.58263 per share. Also, the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) was reduced by the total amount of the distribution.

Also, the Fairholme Focused Income Fund (NASDAQ:FOCIX) distributed a dividend of USD0.15528 per share on its ordinary income dividend, distribution of USD0.00299 per share that is a short-term capital gain and a long-term capital gain distribution of USD0.04287 per share, which totalled USD0.20114 per share.

Finally, the Fairholme Allocation Fund (NASDAQ:FAAFX) distributed an ordinary income dividend of USD0.16871 per share, a short-term capital gain distribution of USD0.16890 per share and a long-term capital gain distribution of USD0.26418 per share that totalled USD0.60179 per share. Its NAV too was reduced by the total.

All respective shareholders of record as of 15 December 2016 were paid the dividends and distributions that, on 16 December 2016 and the ex-dividend date was also 16 December 2016.

FAIRX is a non-diversified fund that invests in a smaller number of foreign securities and may also invest in "special situations" to achieve its objectives. FOCIX and FAAFX are non-diversified mutual funds.
