Thomson Delmar Learning releases About Wine.


Thomson Delmar Learning, a provider of learning products and services for the healthcare, technology and trades, and career education markets and part of The Thomson Corporation (TSX: TOC; NYSE: TOC), has announced the release of the latest title in the About Series line of culinary arts books, entitled About Wine.

According to the company, the book has received a quality endorsement from the American Culinary Federation Foundation.

The book, written by J. Patrick Henderson and Dellie Rex, is said to provide readers with practical information on the fundamentals of wine, different grape varieties, winemaking, tasting and wine evaluation. The book also includes photographs, illustrations, charts, tables, wine labelling and regional maps.
