1 December 2015 - Texas, US-based commercial printer Thompson Print and Mailing Solutions has acquired Colour Solutions, an integrated exhibit services provider, the company said.

Both companies are based in San Antonio, Texas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Thompson group said that the addition of Colour Solutions will contribute toward expanding product offerings.

For the past 51 years, Thompson Print and Mailing Solutions' focus has been to become a multidisciplinary printing, media and marketing firm and the acquisition of Colour Solutions brings that goal one step closer.

Founded in 1964 as a family-owned provider of business forms, Thompson Print and Mailing Solutions has grown into a full-service company that employs more than 80 people across four locations in San Antonio.

Thompson provides a range of printing and marketing services with dedicated account representatives.

Colour Solutions is an integrated design and service company founded over 30 years ago by Ray and Carol Webb.

As a full-service custom exhibit house, Colour Solutions provides exhibit design and fabrication, incorporating the latest structural design technology. Colour Solutions also offers warehousing, fulfillment and breakdown services.
