This country is overflowing already.
IN REPLY to Mr Trevor Fisher's letter (Sunday Mercury, June 17), I found it hard to understand what he was saying, other than that he was running down the people who voted for Brexit.
He somehow brought Italy into the equation, with the customary swipe at Donald Trump also included.
He ended by bringing the laws of economics into the proceedings by stating that these "laws" cannot be suspended without hardship.
I agree, but neither can the laws of physics which state "you cannot get a quart into a pint pot" be ignored.
But that does not stop the European Union from ignoring this fact with its immigration policy which is slowly destroying Europe, including the UK.
