Wintersteiger says its DSB twinhead thin cutting bandsaw meets demanding requirements for flexibility and performance for sawing of wood blocks into lamellas for engineered floors, doors, multi-layer boards and many other uses. Features include: production capacity up to 45,000 sq ft per single shift; easy adjustment to different block size and lamella size on touchscreen; 2- to 6-blade heads; saw blade keff of 1.1mm; lamella thickness from 1.7mm and cutting speed up to 40m (120 fpm).
