Thermally conductive epoxy.

MASTER BOND INC., HACKENSACK, N.J. Master Bond's new compound is a no-mix, single component adhesive that features thermal conductivity of 9-10 Btu/in./[ft..sup.2]/ hour/[degrees]F. The polymer adhesive Supreme 10AOHTLO cures at temperatures between 250 and 300 [degrees]F for one hour, and meets the low-outgassing requirements specified by NASA. Bonds display strength greater than 15,000 psi, hold in temperatures ranging from -450 to +400[degrees] F, and are resistant to thermal shock, impact, vibration, and substances such as water, oil, and select fuels. The compound exhibits a Shore D hardness of more than 75. Available in half-pint, pint, quart, gallon, and five-gallon containers.
