TheStreet.com Announces Jim Cramer to Increase Focus on Video and Multimedia Programming.

NEW YORK -- TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM), a leading provider of financial commentary, analysis, research, news and ratings, today announced that Jim Cramer will reallocate his time to focus on TheStreet.com video and multimedia initiatives, including participating more frequently in TheStreet.com TV.

This shift in focus will generate additional multimedia content to help satisfy increased advertiser demand and re-route traffic to the Company's free flagship site, www.thestreet.com.

This content will include advertising sponsored videos that will appear on www.thestreet.com, in strategic concert with the Company's push to deliver an end-to-end content solution to the mass market audience.

Accordingly, Cramer will broadcast his final nationally syndicated radio show, "RealMoney with Jim Cramer," on Friday, December 1, 2006.
