The tongues of men and angels resound.

Wales is the undisputed land of song so you won't be suprised to hear there is no shortage of choirs in and around Cardiff. And there were even more when choirs from around the UK descended on the capital to compete in the Choir of the Year auditions at St David's Hall at the weekend. There are a lot of faces to see in our throwback pictures of singers of all ages and from all walks of the community. Have a good look and see how many you recognise.
