The third Heartland Brewery.

The third Heartland Brewery has opened in New York City. Bucking a trend that has seen the exit of many NYC brewpubs, founder Jon Bloostein has installed a new $3.5 million Heartland Brewery & Chophouse in Times Square. The new pub seats 300 guests, but can accommodate 600 for banquets. Bloostein now operates three of the six brewpubs still operating in New York City. Heartland master brewer Jim Migliorini has produced a special beer for the new location, called Chop House Blonde. It is described as a "smooth, medium-bodied golden American ale with fresh hop character."
