This follow up volume to The Strength Training Anatomy Workout (Human Kinetics Publishers, 2011) provides additional advanced techniques and training routines for the next level of scientific weight training for strength. The guide is divided into three sections covering advanced techniques for maintaining workout progress, specific exercises for the main muscle groups, and workout programs and custom program development, and individual sections cover specific techniques, anatomical principles, workout theories, and movements. Chapters include color photographs as well as the author's signature technical anatomical drawings showcasing detailed muscle movements.
