The perfect pass to Sven.

TONY Blair's right-hand man Alastair Campbell may have been the man who introduced the England soccer coach Sven Goran Eriksson and TV beauty Ulrika Jonsson for the first time.

The Prime Minister's director of communications and strategy introduced the Swedish pair in December at a party for Express owner Richard Desmond in London's Roundhouse.

Mr Campbell said: "I was in a group including Ulrika when SvenGoran Eriksson walked by. I said to her, 'Here's another Swede for you to talk to'."
