The disappearing billiard table; HOMES.

OWNING a full size billiard table is enough to impress most friends - but fancy having one that disappears?

In this case the table can be put away under the floorboards thanks to a bit of electronic wizardry.

It is just one of the features of a detached house in the Woolton area of Liverpool.

Ashtor has been placed on the market for an asking price of pounds 625,000.

The billiards room also features a cast-iron fireplace with ornamental wooden surround and french doors leading to a conservatory.

The coach house dining room has wood-block flooring, beamed ceiling and stairs to a gallery landing while the kitchen has central island and French terracotta stone floor.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom.
