How can you make a bake-off product better? According to ingredients supplier Kluman & Balter it's easy--by adding a simple garnish, decoration or topping you can personalise bake-off lines.

A sprinkling of caraway seeds over bread just before bake-off instantly peps it up and personalises the loaf to the outlet.
