The amount of intellectual capital at the departments of physical education of Kermanshah.

From 1990, big challenge was created by changing of valued firm and is valued more to the un-contract capitals like as ability and knowledge of staffs and systems... (Zanjir Zadeh and his partners). Today, often, intellectual capital expression means the inconspicuous and un-contract capital [4]. The intellectual capital means the difference between marketing and official values of company's properties (Seetharman) or it means named processes and properties that not registered in balance sheet (Bontis and his partners).

The mean of intellectual capital expressed for the first time in the 1991, when Skandia Company, some of the scientist innovative method is done. The roots of intellectual capital are so profound. In 1969, J.K.Galbrite, he is one of economists, that for the first time, used intellectual capital expression (ZanjirZadeh and his partners, 2007). In 1980s, the general un-contracted value that is expressed goodwill and the differences between marketing and official value increase and the first efforts for measuring is done intellectual capital at the last 1980s.

Until now, there is different classification about intellectual capital. Martin and Lopoz [6] accepted 3 main components about intellectual capital consist of human capital, structural capital and customer capital. Structural capital is about everything that is in organization and defends from staffs and personals (human capital) and their works (Setayesh and Kazem Nejhad) Roos et al and his partners, whatever remain from staffs and personals when they come back at home is structural capital. Customer capital means knowledge about relation between organization and customers, competitions (rivals), suppliers, joinery associations or government.

The factors like development of economic, evolution of societies from industrial era to the information era and also differences between marketing and official values of companies, especially in which works based on the knowledge, is caused to increase the importance of intellectual capital [11].

The intellectual capital is company's fundamental properties as vital and important motivation for involved company. Regarding to the noted importance is made question: how much are amount of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, customer capital) created?

Forjustifiability of the knowledge management questionnaire is used justifiability of content and perpetuity of the questionnaire is calculated by Kornbakh Alpha Index after studying and determining variance of the questions. This index is 88%.

The methods of analyzing: for deductive analytic of data, those are resulted from measurement tools (statistical methods of one variable "t").

Results:

The findings are resulted from research's questions that are showed in the 1 to 7 tables.

The first research's question: Does the intellectual capital come to effect on Physical Education Department of Kermanshah?

For investigating significant level of "t" tested at [alpha] = 0/05 are used deductive analytic, regarding to the mean (3/08) that larger than hypothetical mean (3) and "t" don't show significant differences, so at least, it is showed the intellectual capital in Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah.

For investigating significant level of "t" tested at [alpha] = 0/05 are used deductive analytic, by regarding to the obtained means, getting highest efficiency in the time of team's work of staff, appropriate level of staffs (knowledge, skills, abilities). Being creative and witness of staffs, doing the works in the best manner, creating and keeping union in the teams' work, learning the affairs from each other, so can be resulted that the human capital come to the effect in Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah.

For investigating significant level of "t" tested at [alpha] = 0/05 are used deductive analytic, regarding to the mean (3/08) that larger than hypothetical mean (3) so can be resulted cases like as giving valuable services to the customers have desirable effects on the sports of capitals, decrease of capitals, sports' problems, publishing the information about customers' feedback (such as satisfactions and complaints) investing on the needs of coachers and athletes by resistant efforts to satisfy them, achieving data easily, getting correct answers from authorities, not having unfair rules to the other customers.

The fourth research's question: Does the structural capital come to effect on Physical Education Department of Kermanshah?

For investigating significant level of "t" tested at [alpha] = 0/05 are used deductive analytic, regarding to the mean (3/02) is equal to the hypothetical mean (3) and "t" don't show significant differences, so at least, it is showed the human capital in Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah.

Discussion and Conclusion:

Findings of the amount of intellectual capital in the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah show that obtained means (3/08) arte larger than hypothetical mean (3), so intellectual capital come to effect in the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah. But in it needs so much times, based on Roos's view (2005), the intellectual; capital means science and art related to used capital that are main and important capital, which can use them for achieving their goals. Also Martin and Lopoz [6] believed that intellectual capital, not only let the organization use the nature of capital, but also let them to do less error in their evaluations. So the organizations don't have intellectual capital, they will not received successful in their competitions.

Alavi and Ghoreishi (2007), Tabarsa (2007), Zanjir Dar and his partners (2008) achieved the same results. They showed, in their studies, that there is relation between intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, customer capital) and success in teams' sporting, so that the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah need intellectual capital.

Findings show that obtained mean 92/94) is smaller than hypothetical mean (3) so that human capital doesn't come to effect in the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah.

Husun Shih and his partners (2010) showed that human capital functions have the more important role than structural and customer capitals.

Findings of amounts of effect of customer capital in the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah showed that obtained mean (3/29) is larger than hypothetical mean (3)so can be resulted that the customer capital come to effect in the Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah in cases such as: giving valuable services to the customers have desirable effects on the sports of capitals, decrease of capitals, sports' problems, publishing the information about customers' feedback (such as satisfactions and complaints)investing on the needs of coaches and athletes by resistant efforts to satisfy them, achieving data easily, getting correct answers from authorities ,not having unfair rules to the other customers.

Customer or relational capital is so important for each organization, because this capital caused to relating human capital and structural capital and worked such as a cumulative element in the Physical Education Departments, so that customers' satisfaction and confident are caused organizations of Kermanshah to be the most important city in the numbers of champions in wrestling and weightlifting. So, for developing customer or connection capital need the staff's positive views to the champions and their functions.

According to Kazem Nejhad (2009), Skandia's group (1991) Bontis (1998), Kulakugla (2008) Lui (2009) the intellectual capital is the most important variable that can be effect on the staff's function in all levels. Also, Bontis and his Partners' studies (2004) and Potei (2009) and Vankel (2007) and Mohammadi (2007) showed that intellectual capital is the elemet of producing and creating sporting success.

According to the Gasemi's studies and Magdi.E.Banani (2008), for creating intellectual capital and its components, need evolution management methods and used the systems of information technology.

The amount of Physical Education Departments show that the obtained mean (3/02) is equal to the hypothetical mean (3) so structural capital come to effect and needs to the developed, it seems that management method wasn't transited in other words, new information technology don't use in these Departments. Using the intellectual capital caused to evolution in organization (reported by Mohammadi (2007), KazemNejhad (2009) Skandia's group (1991), Bontis (1991), Bontis and his partners (2004), Potei (2009), Lui (2009).

Martin and Lopoz (2008) expressed that the structural capital including 2 organizational and technological elements. Other findings of Physical Education Departments of Kermanshah showed that regarding to the obtained means in the cases like as: efficiency Department, support the Department from new ideas and products (services), systems of getting innovation and lack of bureaucracy in the Department, publishing the excellent thinks of staffs, less expenses for doing activities and achieving to the available information for staffs and employers and customer, so can be resulted noted cases of structural capital come to effect in the Department Physical Education.

Regarding the structural capital pointed to the learning knowledge in common activities in organization, it needs organizational learning will develop at the level of Physical Education Departments and will be created learning workshops for staffs.
