The US Military: All Helicopter's Crew That Crashed Near Qaim, In Anbar, Killed.

BAGHDAD, IRAQ (NINA) - The US military has announced the death of all crew members of a military helicopter that crashed near al-Qaim in western Iraq. "The helicopter, a Biff Hawk H-60, was carrying seven people," the US Central Command said in a press release. "The incident, which occurred late on Thursday, did not appear to be the result of hostile activity and it is under investigation," it said. The Center for Security Information announced the fall of a helicopter belonging to the International Coalition was providing support to Iraqi forces in Al-Qaim area. "The helicopter crash killed a number of crew and preliminary information indicates that it was a technical failure," the center said. US forces are at Aei al-Assad base in Anbar, where they advise and train Iraqi forces in the province, to counter Daesh organization./ End
