The Snowhill success story.
It is also one of the most successful commercial schemes having secured pre-lets to KPMG, Barclays and Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co and post completion lettings to DWF and i2.
Rider Levett Bucknall acted as quantity surveyor at One Snowhill for KPMG and Barclays and as quantity surveyor and employers' agent for Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co at Two Snowhill.
When finally completed with the construction of phase 3, the Snowhill scheme will provide a base to nearly 8,000 people in over 800,000 sq ft of offices.
The three buildings sit in a high quality master-planned public realm that features a 200m covered concourse, one of the largest Green Walls in Europe, a new tram stop and a viaduct for the city centre tram extension that will connect with New Street in 2015.
The scheme is home to four very different types of fit outs within the two existing buildings.
These offer a diverse range of businesses, types of operation, densities and layouts in virtually identical base build floor plates and which demonstrates the adaptability, flexibility and efficiency of the base design and landlord services.
