The Razz: Bobby's a fab fan; Exclusive.
ACTOR Robert Carlyle must be a big Paul McCartney fan - he paid pounds 2000 for a picture of the ex-Beatle at a charity bash.
The Trainspotting star stumped up the cash when he took time out from filming a biopic of boxer Benny Lynch to attend a dinner in aid of the tsunami relief fund. Businessman Gerald Weisfeld paid pounds 10,000 for an oil painting and his wife bid for a dinner cooked for her by celebrity chef Nick Nairn.
TV designers Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan drew the raffle at the glitzy bash and the cast of Taggart and The High Road acted as waiters for the 300 guests.
The actor John Hannah said grace. Justin said: 'It felt like a scene out of Four Weddings And A Funeral when John stood up to say his short speech before the meal.'
The night at the City Chambers raised pounds 88,000.
