The Razz: What a right Carey on.

Byline: WITH LEE-ANN FULLERTON AND BEVERLEY LYONS

MARIAH CAREY is being accused of plagiarism - again.

A California appeals court has reinstated a case brought by two songwriters, who allege Carey, pictured right, ripped them off.

The song in question is Thank God I Found You, a No.1 hit Mariah had in 1999 with the group Xscape singing back-up and Jermaine Dupri credited as producer.

Songwriter Seth Swirsky, who has 30 gold and platinum records and is married to the head of EMI Music Publishing, claims Thank God is plagiarised from a song called Just One of Those Love Songs, which he wrote with Warryn Campbell for the group Xscape.

This is not the first such case - Carey has been haunted by other plagiarism accusations, including the hit song Hero, but that case was dismissed.
