The Razz: Stingy Mylo's saving policy.

Byline: BEVERLEY LYONS AND CATH BENNETT

MUSIC wizard Mylo has revealed he is a stingy Scot who hates splashing out on the luxuries enjoyed by fellow starsThe DJ, real name Myles MacInnes, shot to stardom after his Destroy Rock 'n' Roll album sold more than 120,000 copies.

The ground-breaking record, which cost nothing to make on Mylo's laptop computer, is a big favourite of Elton John's, who said it was the best album of 2004. And next week, the Skye-born star is expected to crash into the Top 10 for the first time when his single, In My Arms, is released.

However, as Mylo, 26, prepares for a nationwide tour which includes T in the Park and Glastonbury, he says he would prefer to keep his cash than spend it on expensive tour buses and hotels.

He said: 'Being Scottish and stingy, I'm proud of the fact I made my album for nothing. So was reluctant to splash out on a load of new stuff for the tour. Maybe it's because I'm tight, but love roughing it
