The Razz: Remix chart bid for Annie.

Byline: LEE-ANN FULLERTON AND BEVERLEY LYONS

ANNIE Lennox could make a comeback in the UK charts.

DJ-producer Alex Gold has remixed the Aberdeen-born singer's Oscar-winning song Into The West, from The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King, although there is no confirmed release date for the track. Gold previously helped Bryan Adams to No1 with a remix of Don't Give Up and he has also worked on hits by Prince and Chicane, among others.

Annie, 49, last enjoyed a UK Top 10 hit in 1995 with No More I Love You which peaked at No2.

A Best Of Annie Lennox album from BMG Records is due for release in October and she kicks off a US tour with Sting in New Jersey on June 27.
