The Private Bank of California (OTCBB: PBCA) has announced the addition of William S Upchurch as senior vice president & relationship manager in its headquarters office.

Bill is well-known and well-respected in several of our key target markets and I look forward to working with him,' he said.
Upchurch is an active member of several organisations including the Town Hall of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Los Angeles Police Foundation and Century City Rotary Club. He also serves as a hearing examiner for the Los Angeles Police Commission.
