The Most Memorable Words From Last Year's Golden Globes.
As celebrities roll up to the Red Carpet for 2017's Golden Globe Awards, read on for the most memorable words from attendees at the previous year's ceremony.
Bryce Dallas Howard on her dress
"I just picked it up at Neiman's this week," Dallas Howard, who starred in 2015's "Jurassic World," (http://www.eonline.com/news/729762/bryce-dallas-howard-reveals-she-bought-her-own-golden-globes-dress-at-a-department-store-because-she-s-a-size-6) told E! News on the Red Carpet. "I like to have a lot of options for a size 6, instead of just one option, so I always go to department stores."
Rami Malek on Kirsten Dunst
"We are still friends, yeah, I used to have a little crush on her," he (http://www.eonline.com/news/729836/rami-malek-reminisces-about-going-to-high-school-with-kirsten-dunst-his-childhood-crush-at-2016-golden-globes) said of Dunst, with whom he went to high school, while on the Red Carpet. "She dates a friend of mine now."
The two reunited for a Variety (http://variety.com/video/kirsten-dunset-actors-on-actors-rami-malek/) show and photo shoot a few months later.
"I've changed. Well, not as much as Bruce Jenner, obviously-now Caitlyn Jenner," Gervais joked, (http://www.glamourmagazine.co.uk/article/ricky-gervais-golden-globes-harshest-jokes) provoking a sharp but playful response from Jenner the following week. "What a year she's had. She became a role model for trans people everywhere showing great bravery in breaking down barriers and destroying stereotypes. She didn't do a lot for women drivers, but you can't do everything."
Gervais was not quite as lighthearted in his response to critics.
Eva Longoria and America Ferrera on people mixing up Latina actresses' names
Longoria: "Hi, I'm Eva Longoria, not Eva Mendes."
Ferrera: "And I'm America Ferrera, not Gina Rodriguez."
Longoria: "And neither one of us are Rosario Dawson."
Ferrera: "Nope. Well said, Salma."
Longoria: "Thank you, Charro."
Amy Schumer on her name
After Jennifer Lawrence introduced herself with her commonly used moniker "J-Law," Schumer (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/jennifer-lawrence-amy-schumer-golden-globes-2016-853370) did so with her own version , "A-Schu." Dismissing the idea that Schumer could give herself a celebrity nickname, Lawrence asked what people usually called the comedian and star of "Trainwreck."
"Usually they just call me a cunt," Schumer sighed, shocking members of the audience.
Jamie Foxx on Steve Harvey's Miss Universe mishap
"And the winner is 'Straight Outta Compton.' I'm sorry folks. I made a mistake," Foxx said, announcing the wrong winner for best musical score while poking fun at the Miss Universe host's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvegBo4TUdQ) botched announcement of the 2015 pageant's winner the previous month. It's right here on the card. It's right here on the card, I take full responsibility. I apologize to everybody in Compton. I apologize to Ice Cube, I'm so sorry."
