The Mirage Hotel.

The Mirage, the hotel that introduced the concept of destination resort to the Las Vegas Strip in 1989, has announced details of a transformation that will once more raise the bar for Las Vegas resorts.

In 2005 and 2006, The Mirage will introduce new amenities. This includes restaurants created by the world acclaimed designers, menus featuring renowned chefs, a dynamic nightclub, a stunning lounge, a modern gaming area featuring Dale Chihuly sculptures and a Cirque du Soleil production celebrating the musical legacy of The Beatles. Additionally, the resort's volcano, the iconic Mirage feature recognized around the world, will undergo a fiery enhancement.

From the 20,000-gallon aquarium in the lobby to the lush tropical foliage in the atrium and the tropical pool with flowing waterfalls, guests experience the ultimate tropical paradise throughout the resort.

Guests can begin their stay by relaxing at the expansive tropical pool area, surrounded by lush foliage and waterfalls. After a day of relaxing, guests can head back to their luxurious accommodations. The Mirage offers exquisite, recently redesigned AAA Four Diamond accommodations that offer the best in comfort and amenities such as 25-inch color

televisions, a fully stocked mini bar, a vanity table and lighted make-up mirror. When ready to dine, The Mirage offers a wide variety of options ranging from Cravings, the ultimate all-you-can-eat dining experience to New York's famous Carnegie Dell and Samba Brazilian Steakhouse serving Rodizio-style dishes.

A Las Vegas visit would not be complete without seeing Danny Bans, who fascinates audiences with his unbelievable talents as a singer-impressionist-comedian-actor in his award-winning show.

With its tropical environment and award-winning customer service, with its current offerings and near-future unveilings, The Mirage transports guests to a South Seas paradise, a world-class destination unlike any other.
