The Miracle on Madison Avenue holiday festivities kicked-off with the 2nd annual holiday lighting ceremony "Light Up The Holidays" on Madison Avenue. Muffle Potter Aston and Courtney Arnot, Miracle on Madison Avenue chairmen, along with MSKCC president, Martha Vietor Glass, flipped the switch to ignite Madison Avenue's "shooting stars" specially designed for the street lamp poles of the BID between 57th and 86th Streets. The Hewitt Carolers, a choir of second graders, performed holiday songs. A Miracle on Madison private kick-off reception in the Lee Mindel-designed model apartment at 11 East 68th Street, the Marquand, immediately followed the lighting ceremony. The reception was hosted by HFZ Capital Group, Miracle on Madison Avenue MSKCC Committee members, Town & Country and retailers on Madison Avenue.
