The Heidegger Concordance; 3 volume set

Francois Jaran and Christophe Perrin

Bloomsbury Academic

1918 pages

Published at a pace of about two volumes per year, Heidegger's Collected Works (Gesamtausgabe, GA) now consists of 82 volumes (some 27,000 pages). This three-volume set provides a concordance to the massive oeuvre that Heidegger scholars will embrace with enthusiasm--a comprehensive endeavor spanning his writings from 1912 to 1976. The front matter includes an introduction, an outline of the plan of the Complete Works, and a chronology of the writings published in the GA. Volumes 1 and 2 contain the index of German terms and expressions. The much slimmer volume 3 contains indices of Greek and Latin terms and expressions, and an index of proper names.
