The First Vote In The New Legislative Term Will Be The Abolition Of The Offices Of General Inspectors.
BAGHDAD / NINA / -The parliamentary legal committee announced: "The first vote of the House of Representatives, during its new legislative term, will be on the proposal to abolish the offices of inspectors general." "The third legislative session will focus on finishing the controversial laws and put them to a vote in the agenda," the committee's deputy chairman, Mohammed al-Ghazi told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA). Added that the committee will submit a proposal to cancel the order (67) on establishing offices of general inspectors. " He added: "There is a political agreement to vote on the abolition of this law, as well as legislation of the oil and gas and the Federal Court and the package of legislations from previous sessions," noting that "the next sessions will see the hosting and asking parliamentary questions and the questioning of a number of ministers." The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold, on Saturday, the first session of the first legislative term of its second legislative year./ End
