The Femme Fantastik Tour.

The Femme Fantastik Tour, founded by authors Lori Bryant-Woolridge, Nina Foxx and Carmen Green in 2004 as a way to bring popular books to U.S. military bases bookstores and book-loving organizations, will kick off its 2007-2008 tour on September 15, at Fort Sam Houston and Fort Hood in Texas. Joining the founders this fall are authors ReShonda Tate Billingsley, Trisha Thomas, Wendy Coakley-Thompson and Berta Platas to provide a broader mix of genres and styles. The tour will travel to several U.S. military bases across the country.
