The Energy Department's Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, in Loveland, CO, plans a solicitation for architect-engineer services. This is a small business set-aside. The regional office covers Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Utah. The IDIQ contract will be worth up to $2 million per year over five years, including options.
