The Brauser Group's topping-off party for 100 West 18th Street.

More than 100 people gathered to celebrate the topping-off of 100 West 18th Street, The Brauser Group's 10-story, luxury condominium development on the comer of 18th Street and Sixth Avenue in East Chelsea. A champagne toast was delivered by Gerald Brauser, the company's founder and president, at the project's fabulous sales center at 1 West 19th Street. Friends and family joined the development team, lead by Director of Development Scott Aaron and Senior Development Officer Scott Heller. Champagne, hors d'oeuvres and chocolate-covered fruits from the Fresh Fruit Bouquet Company were served. The piece de resistance was a spectacular birthday cake displaying a rendering of the building's sleek design presented to Mr. Brauser by the sales team of Vick Sparks, Lynn Viscusi and Kathy Lanzarotti.
