The American Bar Assocation has published Drafting for Tax and Administrative Issues, the first title in the ABA's "Bridging the Gap" series. The new title is designed to assist in estate planning and drafting while taking into account "the clients' objectives, theorectical concepts and regulatory provisions," the ABA said. Its four main chapters cover: tax-related drafting, including terminable interest, survivorship conditions, and a variety of trusts; drafting depositive provisions, including wills and trusts; creating revocable trusts; and, drafting fiduciary provisions, including information on providing additional powers to the trustee. The new volume costs $90.
