The Academies Offers Its Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach Training.

Fresno, CA, March 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Now more than ever, companies are looking to their executives to inspire creativity, boost employee engagement, and deliver profits. With executive coaching a proven solution for these challenges, The Academies for coach training is offering its 15-week Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach (CELDC) program to individuals interested in tapping into the lucrative and rewarding market of executive coaching. This innovative training helps experienced and aspiring coaches to coach leaders and executives to lead with vision, manage with wisdom, and develop their people by honoring their strengths and aspirations; all while impacting the company's bottom-line without burning bridges.

Over a period of 15 weeks, CELDC participants learn how to coach around executive topics, including leadership models/competencies, vision/mission/values, 360 feedback, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, conflict resolution, team-building, and more. Class members will receive ICF core competency training, leadership essentials, and hands-on coaching experience. The CELDC program is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Approved Coach-Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) program. The 2013 course begins April 29, 2013.

The course is taught by Master Certified Coach Fran LaMattina, who brings 30 years of business experience in marketing, sales, finance, and operations gained from leadership in telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, and non-profits. She has taught leadership coaching for Richmont Graduate University and other coach-training organizations. She is completing her Ph.D. in Executive Coaching and runs a thriving coaching business that serves corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneur clients.

The CELDC program takes place via teleseminar - two hours each week - for a total of 30 class hours. Classes are held Mondays, beginning April 29, 2013, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm ET.

The CELDC Program is an investment of $2,997. Flexible payment options are available. Included with registration is a free 360Reach Analyst Certification (a $495 value). Learn more and register for the course at:

Praise for CELDC Program

“The depth of material shared in the classes is abundant with incredible strategic details to successfully work with leaders. I've seen success for myself as a more confident and better equipped coach as a result of being a part of this program. Not only has the class provided tools and advanced knowledge, in addition I've also gleaned from the vast amount of sharing, by the extremely polished professional colleagues, who so freely unfolded their own coaching experiences and learning pool... for the benefit of everyone's coaching growth and success.”
